Situated on a prime corner in the highly desirable and flourishing neighborhood of Little Italy in Downtown San Diego, the property will be re-purposed for a restaurant/cafe and will boast one of the largest outdoor patios in the area. The transaction was completed off-market and closed 8/15/2014.
